Welcome to our 2009 first availability projections. And meet yesterdays next generation special boys who will be helping you and I with the creation of the next Hoytt kids.  I will be adding new faces and dates as whelping dates are worked out and I have time to photograph our current wards. But please keep in mind most of our Dobes never reach the Available page so feel free to follow my instructions on reaching me personally if this is your first introduction to The House of Hoytt.

As you browse this section keep in mind each of the Hoytt Dobes presented have differing personality characteristics and varied services already in place. I am simply doing a sight introduction for your enjoyment so when time allows please complete our "Client Preferences and Environmental Outline Guide" and forward to my office so I have a general understanding of your interests before we talk.  My office will, on receiving your guide, contact you to set up a convenient time to speak with me. If you are as busy as I am, you can appreciate my situation and in turn, I yours.  Also after hours consultation can also be arranged and if you have a significant other we can all chat together.

Also last mating for the placements over the first eight months of 2009 have taken place so do talk to me as soon as you are sure you are ready to present your interests, your situation and what date you will be ready to welcome one of our kids into your life. 

For those of you who may be interested in a pre-owned* Hoytt Dobe. If your situation matches the environment the Hoytt Dobe came from you just might save on your initial investment. Since these pre-owned Dobes are priced using many variables when inquiring on availability of Pre-owned, do give me an idea as to what you wish to spend. If we can meet your investment level you will also be explained why the Hoytt Dobe you may be offered is being sold for less than it's fresh counterpart.

Knowing what you wish to invest will save us both a great deal of time since pre-owns in the past five years have ranged from $1000.00 to $18,000.00 depending on education and past environmental history.  Of course saving up front but ending up with the wrong canine may never be worth the saving so do follow the same guidelines we ask those who seek a fresh mind to follow to maximize success.              Currently we have one pre-owned in residence...Zar -$4,500

While our Lyra & Sonny gave us eight wonderful pups each in their own way as sharp as Cooper in mind and looks, this mating was done to replicate Cooper before mom went into retirement to keep this Hoytt Line combination alive. We retire most of our girls after their second breeding. Cooper if you missed her presentation is in "Client Owned" and the first Dobe Certified for Accelerant Detection - check out her video page).

We listed the seven kids spoken for below with updated photos in the Owner Gallery and introduce Sebastian our choice to hold for advancement. We will  be seeking an owner who will allow us to begin using the boy in 2011 for "the next generation". As we have photo updates Sebastian will be shown off. As to his price this will depend on how far we have taken him before he is spoken for or how advanced his new people want us to take him before placement.
